The Grand Kingdom of Turtle Island (North America) is rapidly awakening. Finding a need for the voices of the populace to be heard, the Parliament of Dreams is re-established - but it is different from the Old Kingdoms.
Folx of the New Kingdoms, integrated in the world of humans face new challenges. Parliament is divided between the Seelie and Unseelie, and the Dragons have agreed that one of them shall serve as the High Magistrate between the courts.
Who will serve as the magistrates and speakers for Seelie and Unseelie? Who will help form the body that is the voice of the realms? Guildmasters! Heads of Orders!
